Last Updated: 30th August 2024

As a respected organization, “Make in Maharashtra” is occasionally targeted by individuals sending fraudulent emails, text messages, and social media messages claiming to represent our initiative. We want to ensure your safety and security when interacting with us.

Fraudulent messages may use the names of our leadership team with email addresses that do not end in @makeinmaharashtra.in Be cautious of any communication using generic email domains like Yahoo, Gmail, or Hotmail, or similar addresses such as @makeinmaharashtra-jobs.in.

Some messages may falsely claim to offer awards or grants, requesting personal details or payment information.

Ultimately, these fraudulent communications may ask for sensitive personal information, such as passport or bank details, or demand payment via services like Western Union or MoneyGram, all under the guise of a legitimate “Make in Maharashtra” representative.
